Terms and conditions

These terms apply to estimate requests, quotes, and work from QTSHUB Windows & Doors. They were last updated on October 5, 2026. The written quote for your job controls the price and the scope if it says something more specific.

Work starts after the quote is accepted, not when the website is browsed.

Who these terms cover

QTSHUB Windows & Doors provides window replacement, window installation, door replacement, sliding door installation, glass repair, and emergency window repair in Ontario. Our office is at 616 Gardiners Rd, Kingston, ON K7M 9B8. These terms apply when you ask for an estimate or accept work from us.

Browsing the website does not create a contract. Sending an estimate request through the contact form does not create a contract and does not confirm an appointment. A contract begins when you accept a written quote and we agree to schedule the work.

The services are described on the services page. The usual sequence is on how we work.

Estimate requests and quotes

An estimate request is a message asking us to consider the work. We follow up using the contact details you provide. It is not a booking.

A written quote is based on what we can see and measure at the assessment, plus what you tell us about the opening. It lists the service, the openings, and the price. The quote states how long it remains open. A price mentioned from a photo is a preliminary comment, not a quote, until the written document says it is.

Scheduling and access

Our office is in Kingston. Contact us to discuss your project and availability in your area. If a visit is arranged, keep children and pets away from the work area while glass is being handled.

Timing for accepted work is confirmed with you. Weather, supplier delays, and earlier emergency calls during business hours can move a day. We do not guarantee a clock time for arrival beyond the window we confirm with you.

Scope

We perform the work described in the accepted quote. Items that are not listed are not included. If we find a condition that the first visit could not see, we stop and show you before the scope or price changes.

Local requirements

Some projects may be subject to local requirements.

Emergency window repair

Emergency window repair is available only during published business hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Sunday is closed. We do not offer after-hours, 24/7, or guaranteed-response emergency service.

Securing the opening may be a separate step from permanent glass or a full replacement. A temporary cover is not a finished window. The permanent scope is quoted before it is treated as accepted work, except where you clearly ask us to proceed with an urgent secure and a follow-up price.

Payment

Payment terms are the ones printed on your written quote. If a payment request feels wrong, hang up and call +1 (613) 634-3422 yourself or email [email protected].

Website content

The pages on this site describe our services in general. They are not a quote for your house. Photographs show typical windows, doors, and openings. They are not a promise that your opening will look identical, and they are not presented as a documented QTSHUB project unless a caption says otherwise.

This page does not add a warranty, refund policy, or financing offer. Anything of that kind, if it applies to your job, is stated on your written quote.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date. The terms that apply to your job are the ones in effect when you accepted the quote, plus the quote itself.

Before you accept a quote

Read the openings listed, the price, and anything marked as excluded. Ask about the sill, the frame, and what happens if rot appears. Then call if a line is unclear. We would rather explain it before the unit is ordered.
