What this company actually does

People searching for windows and doors near them usually have a specific opening in mind: a bedroom window that fogs up, a front door that sticks, a patio slider that will not lock, or glass on the floor after a break-in or a storm. This page is the full map of those jobs. Each block below links to a detailed page so you can read the scope before you call.

Reach us at +1 (613) 634-3422 or [email protected] for a quote, a scheduling question, or a damaged window. Emergency window repair is available during published business hours only. If you want the company story first, read about us. If you want the sequence of a job, read how we work.

Service list

Choose the job that matches the opening

Prices are quoted after a visit because a basement hopper and a wide bay window are not the same scope. The notes below explain the work. The linked pages go further into options, warning signs, and questions.

01

Window replacement

Home window replacement covers units that have failed: fog between the panes, frames that have swollen or cracked, sashes that will not stay open, and glass that is no longer worth saving. We replace vinyl windows, casement and awning styles, single-hung windows, bay windows, basement windows, and bedroom windows.

Window replacement cost in Ontario depends on the count of openings, the size, the frame, the glass package, and how the old unit comes out. We do not publish one flat price. After measuring, you receive a written quote. If only the pane is broken and the frame is sound, we will say so and point you to glass repair instead.

02

Window installation

Window installation is the setting of a new unit: new construction openings, renovation openings, and replacement installs where the old window comes out and the new one is fitted, insulated, and finished. Homeowners ask about window installation services for casement, bay, awning, vinyl, sliding, and basement windows.

Window installation prices follow the same logic as replacement. Access, storey height, and interior trim all change the day on site. We explain that before you approve the quote. Installation companies should also be willing to talk about flashing and how the opening sheds water. That conversation is part of our visit.

03

Door replacement

Door replacement includes front door replacement, entry door replacement, exterior door replacement, patio door replacement, and sliding glass door replacement when the whole door system has reached the end of its life. Storm doors and damaged frames are part of the same conversation when they affect how the new door sits.

A door that looks acceptable from the street can still leak air, scrape the sill, or leave the lock out of alignment. We look at the slab, the frame, the sill, and the hardware, then quote the scope that actually fixes the opening. Door replacement cost is tied to the door type, glass inserts, size, and the condition of the rough opening.

Sliders, glass, and openings that cannot wait

Not every call is a full replacement. A sliding door installation can be the right job when the patio opening is being rebuilt. A single broken lite is often glass repair. A shattered window at night is an emergency window repair until the opening is secure.

If you are comparing companies, use this page as the checklist, then open the detailed service that matches your house. When you are ready, contact us or call +1 (613) 634-3422.

04

Sliding door installation

Sliding door installation covers new sliding glass doors and sliding patio doors. The work includes removing a failed slider when that is part of the agreed scope, setting the new frame square, and checking that the panel glides and locks. A sliding door that jumps the track or drags on the sill wastes energy and is awkward to use every day.

Sliding door installation cost depends on the width, the glass, the frame material, and whether the existing opening is level. Patio door replacement of a worn unit is described on the door replacement page when the job is a straight swap of a failed door. Use this service when the focus is installation of the sliding system.

05

Glass repair

Glass repair is for broken or failed glass in homes and small commercial buildings. That includes window glass replacement, window glass repair, door glass, patio door glass, and fogged insulated units when the frame is still worth keeping.

If you search for glass repair near you, the useful question is whether the frame can stay. A clean crack in a solid sash is a different job from a window with a soft, rotten frame. We will recommend window replacement when a new pane would be wasted on a failed frame.

06

Emergency window repair

Emergency window repair is for openings that are open to the weather or unsafe to leave: smashed glass, a window damaged in a storm, or a door lite that has given way. Emergency glass repair starts with making the opening secure, then planning permanent glass or a full replacement if the frame is damaged.

Call +1 (613) 634-3422 during business hours and describe the damage. We will tell you the earliest visit we can offer within those hours. We do not advertise a guaranteed arrival time, after-hours service, or 24/7 coverage.

Why this company

Reasons clients stay with the same phone number

One business for the opening

Window and door work often shows up together. A front door and the windows beside it can be measured on the same visit.

Honest scope

We would rather repair a pane than sell a full replacement window that the frame does not need. The recommendation is based on the condition we can see and probe.

Clear contact

The same phone number and email on this site are the ones to use after the installation day if a latch, seal, or question comes up.

Written before we start

The quote states the service, the openings, and the price you are approving. Changes caused by hidden rot are discussed before the scope grows.

Process

How a windows and doors project runs

The same steps apply whether you need one pane or a set of replacement windows and doors. Detail lives on the how we work page.

You call or request a quote and describe the service. Photos help us prepare, but they do not replace measuring.

02

Assessment

We visit, measure, and check the frame, sill, hardware, and surrounding finish.

03

Quote

You receive a written price and scope. An estimate request is not acceptance of work.

04

Installation or repair

We complete the agreed work and keep the opening weather-tight before leaving.

05

Inspection

We operate every new window and door with you and look at the finish.

06

Support

Call the same number if a latch, seal, or question comes up after the job.

FAQ

Questions before you contact us

What windows and doors services do you offer?

We replace and install windows, replace entry and patio doors, install sliding doors, repair building glass, and respond to emergency window damage. Each service has its own page with a fuller explanation.

Do you work with homeowners and small businesses?

Yes. Most of our work is in houses, townhomes, and small commercial spaces such as offices, clinics, and street-level shops.

How do I get a quote?

Call +1 (613) 634-3422, email [email protected], or send the estimate form. We follow up about the opening and send a written quote before any work is scheduled. An estimate request is not a confirmed appointment.

Which parts of Ontario do you serve?

We schedule work across Ontario, including Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Hamilton, Kingston, Ottawa, and nearby communities. These are service-area locations, not additional offices. Contact us to confirm availability for your location.

Should I repair the glass or replace the window?

A cracked pane in a sound frame is often a glass repair. Fogged sealed units, rotten frames, and windows that no longer operate usually need replacement. We will say which one applies after we see the opening.

When is emergency window repair available?

Emergency window repair is available during published business hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Sunday is closed. We do not offer after-hours or 24/7 emergency service.

Next step

Request a look at the opening

Name the service when you call: window replacement, window installation, door replacement, sliding door installation, glass repair, or emergency window repair. If you are unsure, say what the window or door is doing. We will point you to the right scope.
